One hears that meditation will make your mind calm, that you will feel happier.  Is this true? Is meditation easy to learn?  Do I need special equipment, and if so, what?   What is a mantra, and what good does it do me?

During the workshop, the participant will learn:

• One quick way to calm the mind
• Two different types of meditation breathing
• Three different styles of meditating
• Four meditations

Judy has been meditating since the mid seventies, and has tried all types of meditation. In this class, you will experience a discussion about meditation, a mixture of meditation practices, a chance to ask questions about what meditation is and is not, and you will have a chance to relax. Bring your questions, water, a journal, and a pillow and blanket. Dress comfortably.

You saw a crystal skull, and knew without a doubt, that you must purchase it. Now, what do you do with it? Is it like a crystal? Does it really talk? Does it have stories to share?

Foundations of Light

Instructor: Roger Joyeux

Module One: Path to Enlightenment: "Spiritual light" is the essence and basis of the spiritual path to enlightenment. Module One provides comprehensive explanations about light and density; the chakras, including history and how they use light, the role of karma; the roles of duality; will; love; the master-student relationship; the nature of enlightenment, and much more.

Module Two: The Subtle Bodies: This module provides an in-depth expose of the modus operand of the mind, intellect, conscious body, etheric body, emotional body, and light body. Prevalent throughout is the role of the magnetic attraction and repulsion of light upon and within the energetic being. Module 2 brings to the fore how each subtle body helps conduct light in a different and unique way that seeks harmony with the larger universe.

Module Three: The Movement of Light: This module expands awareness of spiritual light. Light interacts with Earth's topography, the molecules of the air, and rides the wind. Light stations, such as Banff, serve as grounding zones for higher frequencies. Module 3 explores the movement of light from the Godhead, through our solar system and each of its planets, and on Earth, and a look at the grid system that is adapting itself to our changing world.

Working with your Ancestors --- Ancestors Speak

Instructor: Judy Hirst-Joyeux

This is an experiential workshop.

• PART 1: talks about the various influences that Ancestors have on us generally, and the impact that an individual may feel from their Ancestors.



• PART 2: allows the individual to go to a specific time to meet an ancestor that works with them today in a positive way.



• PART 3: allows the individual to go to a specific time to meet an ancestor that has unfinished business that may show up in the individual's life in a negative way. This is a time to resolve that business.



• PART 4: is performing an honouring ceremony for all our ancestors to help them be comfortable and move on or move to the light, if they are now ready to do so.

The workshop ends with a wrap up and an opportunity to answer questions.

Channelling Spirit Guides:

When I first initiated the ‘Learning to Channel Spirit Guides’ workshop, my guides, the Angelic Hosts, gave me the following wisdom to pass along:

“The age of co-creation is rapidly approaching, and consciousness is shifting into position to bring the heavens to Earth. We, in the heavens, look with fond adoration upon those who would be willing to work with us to enlighten the Earth. Archangel Michael presides over the workshop, and between him, his legions, and your own spirit guides, you learn to channel in a very protected and safe environment. Lower mischievous channel spirits are not an issue. The first part of the workshop dispels many of the myths that serve to hinder the process, and gives clarity to what is going on when you are working with your angelic guides. “GATHERING UP MY PIECES” (2 hours) Prerequisite: “Three Tools to use in Self Healing”
Through many lifetimes, including this lifetime, we give away pieces of ourselves. We may do this by making promises that we vow will “last forever”. Or, we may simply leave part of ourselves behind when we have unresolved life issues. Join Judy Hirst, BA CMA, ATP® CBP® as she facilitates a session where:

1. You learn a chant to clear the mind grid level, the DNA level, karmic contracts, and the core level (called the outer levels).
2. A level one Universal Healing to release judgement, personal disempowerment, and abandonment.

Talk to the Trees

Some of us were lucky enough to grow up in areas where we had large trees with tire swings tied to the branches. We sat under trees and read books, or played make believe. We learn very early in school that the clean air on this planet is possible because of the clearing and cleaning power of trees. And so, we grow up with a love and appreciation for the power of trees, yet most of us do nothing with that feeling. These workshops are developed to allow people to learn to connect with trees on an emotional and spiritual level.

“USING TREE ENERGY IN RITUAL”(2 hours)

Our legends tell many stories that talk about the power of different trees. Merlin, the wizard, had a powerful rowan staff. Glastonbury Chapel was created where Joseph of Arimathea and uncle to Jesus of Nazareth, planted his thorn staff in the ground. The next morning, the staff had rooted and grew shoots, showing that the ground was blessed. Shaman who build sweat lodges say that willows cut to form the skeleton of the sweat lodge will often root, making the sweat lodge a living structure. The energy of trees is real. In this workshop with Judy Hirst, BA CMA, ATP® CBP®, learn how to use the energy of trees to enhance rituals and for binding sacred tools.
